We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. This policy applies to all paid products sold through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
Guarantee
All paid products come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Free products are not covered by this guarantee. They are provided "as is" and are not eligible for refunds.
How to request
Email us at support@toolsformotion.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy
- Your license will be deactivated once the refund is processed
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles from the same account.
